Quantity Surveyor positions dealing with a wide range of large scale commercial and residential projects
Manage the commercial and financial aspects of multiple construction projects, ensuring costs are controlled and budgets are maintained. Prepare cost estimates, valuations, financial reports, variations, and final accounts. Support procurement activities, including tender analysis, subcontractor appointments, and contract administration. Carry out regular site visits, monitor project progress, and identify commercial risks and cost-saving opportunities. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal project teams to ensure successful project delivery.
The ideal applicant will be a Quantity Surveyor - Construction experience with:
Must have Quantity Surveyor experience within the construction industry Ideally will have experience within large scale commercial projects Must be IT literate (Microsoft Office) Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Excellent analytical and numerical skills Proactive and motivated individual with strong commercial awareness
