We are now looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, working Monday to Friday, 7:30am – 4:30pm.

The Role
As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will lead commercial activities across our construction project portfolio.
You will take ownership of project costs, value and risk, managing applications for payment, variations and retentions while maintaining accurate records and driving timely agreement and payment.
Alongside managing contracts, you will provide clear reporting on cash and margins, working closely with project teams to strengthen commercial standards across the business.
