Finance Manager - Group Finance
London | Hybrid (2 days in office)
£70,000-£75,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits
We're partnering with a fast-growing international consultancy business to recruit a Finance Manager into its Group Finance function.
This is a high-profile Finance Manager opportunity offering end-to-end ownership of reporting, planning and inter company accounting across a number of central corporate entities. Working closely with senior finance leadership, you'll gain excellent exposure across the business while playing a key role in financial reporting, budgeting and strategic projects.
The Role
Own monthly management reporting, including P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
Lead the annual budget, quarterly forecasts and variance analysis.
Manage inter company accounting, reconciliations and recharge processes across the group.
Support statutory audits, cash flow reporting and continuous process improvements.
Partner with finance teams across multiple international entities.
Deliver insightful analysis to support senior leadership decision-making.
About You
ACA qualified (or equivalent), ideally trained within practice before moving into industry. Strong candidates qualified by experience with relevant industry exposure will also be considered.
Strong month-end reporting and management accounting experience.
Experience preparing budgets, forecasts and financial analysis.
Recharge experience preferred.
Exposure to inter company accounting within a multi-entity or international environment.
Advanced Excel skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
