MongoDB's EMEA Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated UK Regional Marketing Manager to join the organization. This role collaborates closely with the sales, ecosystem and broader marketing teams to drive awareness of MongoDB, identify and nurture new users and champions, uncover new opportunities, accelerate deal cycles, and expand MongoDB’s overall footprint in the market. You’ll own development and execution of the marketing plans for a subset of focus Enterprise accounts, contributing to business growth and playing a pivotal role in the company’s overall success.
This position is for a marketing professional who is passionate about exploring new opportunities, crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies, driving measurable growth, and working cross-functionally to create and scale impactful results. The role will report to the Marketing Lead, Northern Europe.
We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in London for our hybrid working model.
Candidate Profile
Our ideal candidate for this role will have the following:
Educational and Professional Background:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
5+ years of account marketing, field marketing, industry marketing or sales experience. Tech industry experience preferred but not required
Experience working with large and complex enterprise accounts across multiple verticals ideally in financial services and telco, proven success record with accelerating and closing deals
Skills and Expertise:
Experience with strategic 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing, portfolio of experience will be reviewed
A strong understanding of acquisition focused marketing and campaign motions to help drive incremental programs in the AI/digital native community
Experience working with cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), ISV, AI, and other tech partners
Excellent written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to sales and marketing leadership, as well as customers
Impeccable event and project management skills, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives with an ability to problem-solve quickly
Results-oriented and analytically skilled, capable of interpreting data, making informed data-driven decisions, and reporting insights to the business
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Experience working cross-functionally with enterprise or corporate sales, customer success teams, and account development teams, obsessing over addressable market and specific account goals
