The Role
You'll be responsible for turning complex data into meaningful business insight, helping stakeholders better understand customer behaviour, campaign performance and commercial opportunities.
This is a highly analytical role suited to someone who enjoys solving ambiguous business problems, carrying out deep-dive investigations and delivering actionable recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
Analysing customer, marketing and commercial performance data Supporting customer retention and engagement initiatives Developing customer segmentation and behavioural insights Identifying opportunities to improve ROI and customer lifetime value Delivering stakeholder-focused analysis and recommendations Investigating trends, patterns and performance drivers across the business Collaborating with teams to support data-led decision making
About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical skills with commercial awareness.
You'll have:
Strong SQL skills Experience in a Data Analyst or similar analytical role A track record of delivering actionable insights from complex datasets Strong stakeholder management and communication skills The ability to work independently and solve open-ended business challenges Experience working with customer, marketing, CRM or commercial data
Desirable experience:
Ecommerce analytics Customer segmentation and behavioural analysis Marketing effectiveness analysis CRM and loyalty programme analytics Experience with BigQuery or similar cloud-based data environments Exposure to experimentation or A/B testing
