Project Manager
Our client, a successful tech scale-up and cash generative SME, with a £10m turnover and employing 100 staff, is looking to double in size in the next five years under the guidance of its experienced, highly charismatic and driven Founder and Executive Team.
Their B2C Health & Fitness platform provides individualised coaching to deliver cutting-edge support for nutrition, exercise and lifestyle improvement. This is backed by a physical product range incorporating protein supplements, clothing and accessories.
They now seek to appoint their first Project Manager to own project delivery and real business change across the organisation covering areas such as systems implementation, organisation design change, process re-engineering and efficiency programmes.
Reporting to the Head of Projects and Continuous Improvement, your specific responsibilities as Project Manager will include:
Taking control of ongoing projects, bringing others back on track, and driving new priority projects forward Working with cross-functional teams across Member Experience, Marketing, Product, Operations and Finance Adhering to time, budget and quality targets Leading business change – process, people and methods of working Designing and embedding a robust business-wide project management framework Identifying and driving continuous improvement across operational processes
As Project Manager you will need experience of:
Hands-on delivery of multiple projects simultaneously Delivering a broad range of project types Multiple project methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall and hybrid Continuous improvement Prince2, APM or PMP Stakeholder engagement
