The Role
You will take ownership of a broad range of financial and commercial responsibilities while supporting the continued growth of the business.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparation and review of monthly management accounts Leading month-end and year-end processes Delivering insightful financial analysis to support decision-making Business partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting Driving process improvements and strengthening financial controls Supporting strategic projects, systems enhancements and business initiatives Managing and developing junior members of the finance team Assisting with audit and statutory reporting requirements
About You
We are seeking ambitious finance professionals who are motivated by growth and development opportunities. You will ideally possess:
Qualified accountant (CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Strong management accounting and reporting experience Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Commercial awareness with the ability to influence decision-making A proactive approach and desire to improve processes Experience working within a growing or changing business environment Leadership potential and a desire to progress your career
