You will be in charge of the Back Market transportation network powering our deliveries, returns and logistics services. YOUR MISSION (IF YOU ACCEPT IT): 🥇 Own and optimize a global carrier network spanning 15+ active partners worldwide. You will drive carrier performance, lead annual commercial negotiations, and oversee service quality with a sharp focus on delivery incident resolution and logistics fraud prevention. Power Back Market's logistics services through strategic carrier partnerships. Our seller-facing logistics offerings rely on strong outbound and return shipping capabilities. You will negotiate best-in-class rates and conditions, and supervise day-to-day operations to fuel the growth of our services across our seller network. Deliver on performance at scale across 10M+ outbound and return parcels per year, globally. Delivery performance is a direct driver of customer satisfaction and conversion. You will track KPIs, report on short- and mid-term improvement plans, and identify long-term initiatives to accelerate our delivery promise and increase our on-time delivery rate. Shape the future of the delivery experience . From new delivery modes to innovative return solutions, you will lead projects that bring more flexibility and customization to our customers, both pre- and post-purchase, and embed these capabilities seamlessly into Back Market's ecosystem. YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF: ⭐ You have at least 5-7 years of experience in Logistics and/or partnership management and/or customer service You possess strong organizational, analytical and multitasking abilities. You are fluent in English and French You're adaptable and open to learning in a dynamic environment.
