Business Analyst - South London (Croydon) - Hybrid (3 Days Office) - Up to £60,000
Are you an experienced Business Analyst who enjoys getting under the skin of how a business operates and turning complex requirements into practical, technology-led solutions?
We're working with a well-established organisation investing heavily in systems improvement, data capability and business transformation. This is a highly visible role, working closely with operational and technical stakeholders to improve processes, enhance core systems and support key transformation initiatives.
This position would suit a Business Analyst from a logistics, supply chain, manufacturing, distribution or operationally focused environment who enjoys combining stakeholder engagement with hands-on data analysis.
The Role
As a Business Analyst, you'll act as the bridge between business teams and technology, ensuring solutions are commercially effective, operationally efficient and aligned to business goals.
Key responsibilities include:
Gathering and documenting business requirements. Running workshops with stakeholders across multiple business functions. Producing process maps, user stories, functional specifications and business documentation. Identifying opportunities to improve workflows, efficiency and system performance. Using SQL and Python to analyse, validate and interpret business data. Supporting ERP and operational systems enhancement projects. Working alongside developers, technical teams and third-party suppliers. Supporting testing, UAT and successful solution delivery.
Required Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Business Analyst. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience within operational, logistics, supply chain, warehousing, manufacturing or similar environments. Strong SQL skills for data analysis, reporting and validation. Python experience for data analysis, automation or business insight activities. Experience producing business requirements, process documentation and user stories. Exposure to ERP, business systems or operational technology platforms. Experience supporting system implementations, upgrades or transformation projects.
