CRM Product Manager
Cedar are partnering with a leading professional services organisation looking for a CRM Product Manager to own the strategy, roadmap and ongoing development of its core CRM and marketing automation platforms.
You'll lead a small team and work closely with BD, Marketing, Data, Engineering and Architecture to improve CRM adoption, data quality, automation and the overall client journey.
Key responsibilities
Own the CRM product strategy, roadmap and backlog. Lead and develop a small CRM platform team. Drive adoption, user experience and continuous improvement. Identify opportunities for automation, AI and improved client journeys. Improve CRM data quality, governance and integrations. Build business cases and prioritise investment based on measurable value. Work with senior stakeholders to align CRM capabilities with wider growth objectives.
Experience required
Strong Product Management experience across business-critical or internal platforms. Experience owning CRM / Marketing Automation products. Strong understanding of BD, Marketing, campaigns, segmentation and relationship management. Experience with HubSpot Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. Experience driving user adoption and change. Good understanding of CRM data quality, governance and integrations. Comfortable working across Data, Engineering and Architecture.
Professional services or legal experience is desirable, as is exposure to MDM and enterprise data environments.
