Business Lecturer Hourly Rate: £26 - £30 Location: South East London Job Type: Part-time Start Date: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Business Lecturer to join our team. This role involves teaching students of varying abilities, from BTEC Level 1 to Level 3 and T Level qualifications. You will play a crucial role in the expansion and development of the department, striving to deliver the highest-quality education for every student.
Day-to-day of the role: Teach Business courses to students from BTEC Level 1 to Level 3 and T Level qualifications. Work closely with the Curriculum Manager to expand and develop the department. Inspire the next generation of skilled experts by integrating your valuable industry experience into your teaching. Support students from diverse backgrounds in achieving their career and life ambitions. Promote the Business curriculum area through participation in marketing events and sharing your industry expertise.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in teaching and/or relevant industry experience. Minimum of Level 2 literacy and numeracy (GCSE or equivalent). Qualified FE teacher or willingness to work towards this qualification. Excellent communication skills, able to articulate clearly and confidently to class groups in an engaging way. Efficient administration skills to support good student record-keeping.
