Job Title: Projects Administrator
Location: Based in Pencoed or we are open to candidates working at our St Asaph office
Salary: £28,000 per annum

About The Role:
We're looking for a highly accurate individual with a keen eye for detail who enjoys a fast pace of work. You will play a key role in supporting our Engineers ensuring the smooth delivery of installations from start to finish. Excellent communication is essential as you'll need to communicate with internal and external stakeholders. You'll also be responsible for coordinating stock and documentation as well as managing engineers' diaries to schedule installations.
Day-to-day activities include:
Raising and managing purchase orders, ensuring stock is tracked and allocated to the correct projects Answering incoming calls to the Projects queue Managing all incoming and outgoing stock Coordinating engineer documentation - permits, job packs and completion photos Scheduling engineers' diaries and allocating resources across projects Working closely with the Billing and Finance team to meet strict invoicing deadlines and ensure all financial documentation is accurate and submitted on time Scheduling deliveries and site access for Engineering Providing day-to-day administrative support to the Projects Team Managers
Skills / Experience:
Microsoft office including Excel - knowledge of analysing data and Excel functions Previous use of CRM/PSA software Experience in a similar role within the data cabling, IT or telecoms industry (preferred) Stock management
