Join a fast-growing InsurTech business operating across nine countries, helping businesses rethink insurance, wellbeing and employee benefits.
We’re looking for an ambitious, curious SDR to join the commercial team. You’ll work closely with experienced Account Executives, build a strong pipeline and develop the skills to progress into enterprise sales.
The role
Cold calling, email prospecting and LinkedIn outreach Using AI tools such as Claude to research prospects and personalise outreach Working closely with AEs, Marketing and Revenue Operations Building relationships quickly and nurturing warm leads Attending industry events and networking to generate opportunities Understanding how prospects buy and what they value Constantly analysing and improving your prospecting approach Taking ownership of monthly, quarterly and annual meeting targets Developing your insurance and wellbeing knowledge, with paid study time provided
About you
You’ll ideally have some B2B sales, SDR, BDR or business development experience, although ambitious graduates with the right attitude will also be considered.
You’ll be resilient, competitive and confident picking up the phone. Most importantly, you’ll be hungry to learn, motivated by targets and excited about building a career in SaaS sales.
