Our People Operations team keeps the employee experience running smoothly behind the scenes, from the moment someone signs their offer to their very last day. Based in London and supporting our growing team across the UK, EMEA, and APJ, you’ll be the go-to person for the day-to-day operations that Ampliteers rely on: accurate data, timely answers, and processes that just work. This is a hands-on role for someone who is building their People career, loves using AI to work smarter, and wants to develop deep operational expertise while working closely with colleagues across Payroll, Benefits, IT, and the wider People team.
As a People Operations Specialist, you will:
Own day-to-day employee lifecycle transactions in Workday—new hires, job changes, and departures—across our UK, EMEA, and APJ population, keeping our data accurate and audit-ready.
Use AI tools to work faster and smarter, and help bring AI into everyday People Operations workflows to reduce manual effort and improve the employee experience.
Be a first point of contact for employee and manager questions through our ticketing system, resolving routine requests and knowing when to escalate the trickier ones.
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics—including background checks and new hire setup—so every Ampliteer has a smooth first day and a clean exit.
Support international benefits programs and help keep our processes compliant with local employment standards across the UK, EMEA, and APJ.
