Process & Assembly Technician Location: Oxfordshire Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm Pay Rate: £14.00 - £14.25 per hour
We're delighted to be partnering with an innovative and rapidly growing medical device manufacturer to recruit a Process & Assembly Technician . This is an exciting opportunity to join a business at the forefront of medical technology, where you'll play a key role in supporting the production of high-quality, life-changing products.
Key Responsibilities
Operate precision manufacturing and assembly equipment. Carry out incoming quality inspections on engineered components. Support laboratory activities by collaborating with cross-functional teams. Work closely with the Process Engineering team to review manufacturing processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Follow established process controls, in-line monitoring, IPQC procedures, and metrology requirements to ensure products meet quality standards. Complete production documentation, including equipment and batch logbooks. Adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental policies at all times. Assist with validation and qualification activities for new equipment and production batches.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Previous experience within a production or assembly environment. Experience carrying out quality inspection or quality control activities. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
Desirable:
Experience within the medical device or another highly regulated manufacturing environment. Familiarity with metrology equipment and inspection techniques.
