Senior IT Trainer – What You’ll Be Doing:
Deliver engaging instructor-led and virtual training programmes for global audiences, including new hire onboarding, skills training and tailored departmental sessions Design innovative e-learning content and learning resources using tools such as Adobe Captivate and Camtasia Champion the adoption of AI tools, including ChatGPT, Harvey and Copilot, creating practical learning resources and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through AI Partner with project teams to support the successful rollout of new technologies, ensuring user-focused training and seamless adoption across the firm Assess learning needs, analyse Help Desk trends and user feedback, and continuously enhance training programmes to improve user confidence and reduce support requests Build awareness of IT Learning & Development services across the firm, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technology adoption Provide one-to-one coaching and ongoing support to colleagues, helping them maximise the value of the firm's technology and AI solutions
Senior IT Trainer – What We’re Looking For:
5+ years’ experience in a similar / IT Trainer role within a law firm Ability to quickly learn, master and deliver training on new technologies and enterprise applications (legal technology experience such as iManage, Intapp or Litera is advantageous) Experience using AI tools, such as ChatGPT, Harvey or Copilot, to create engaging learning content and improve training delivery Expertise in adult learning principles, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts into engaging, user-friendly training
