Are you a Production Manager or similar from a workshop background, looking to join a rapidly growing company, where you will be at the forefront of their continued expansion in a highly autonomous and rewarding role?
Are you looking for an exciting new position where every day presents new challenges, with clear progression to Directorship?
In this role, you will be overseeing shop floor operations, managing the production and assembly of niche industrial equipment. You will be leading a team of 6-8, and getting hands on with the fabrication, welding, and laser cutting machines where necessary.
This company has been going for over 15 years and have doubled their annual turnover in the last 2-3 years, they are now looking to do the same again in the next 6 years. They aspire to be the leading provider for specialist equipment, with a brand new workshop on the way.
This role would suit a Manager from a workshop background, looking for a varied and interesting role with progression to Director levels within a rapidly growing company.
The Role:
Overseeing shop floor operations in a busy workshop environment
Managing a team of 6-8 people
Occasionally hands on with fabrication, welding, and laser cutting machines
Monday to Thursday, 8am - 4:30pm, finish at 1:30pm on Fridays
