Finance Manager | Central Manchester | Hybrid | Up to £70,000 + 10% Bonus About the Opportunity An ambitious Finance Manager opportunity with a high-growth, market-leading organisation undergoing significant transformation following recent acquisitions. The business is investing heavily in its finance function, including the implementation of NetSuite and the creation of a centralised finance structure. The Role Reporting to a highly capable Financial Controller and working closely with senior finance leadership, you will take ownership of the management accounting process from start to finish while supporting major finance transformation initiatives. This role combines strong BAU ownership with substantial project exposure and a clear progression pathway. Key Responsibilities
- Ownership of the monthly management accounts process
- Month-end controls, reporting and analysis
- Treasury management activities
- Business partnering with commercial finance teams
- Support acquisition integration and finance centralisation projects
- Drive process improvements and strengthened financial controls
- Support implementation of a new ERP system (NetSuite)
- Develop into a trusted deputy to the Financial Controller
Candidate Profile
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified
- Experience within a dynamic, changing business environment
- Strong management accounting and controls background
- Commercial mindset and excellent stakeholder engagement skills
- Ambitious and motivated by progression opportunities
- Enjoys projects, transformation and continuous improvement
