Are you a qualified History Teacher looking for work within a secondary school in Slough?
We are looking for History Teachers to join our excelling team in September.
Typical responsibilities for a History Teacher:
Manage classrooms and behaviour Plan and deliver high-quality History lessons Assess classwork and homework, providing constructive feedback Monitor students' progress and set targets for continuous improvement Encourage critical thinking, historical analysis, and classroom discussions Inspire students to develop a passion for history and understand its relevance to the modern world
We are looking for a History Teacher who has:
Excellent knowledge of historical events, periods, and concepts The ability to explain complex historical topics in an engaging and accessible way A passion for history and education Excellent communication and presentation skills Strong behaviour management skills The ability to plan engaging and differentiated lessons Strong organisational and classroom management skills
