Business Analyst
South West London | £50,000 - £65,000 + Excellent Benefits
My client is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join a growing Technology and Digital Transformation team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering business-critical change, innovation and process improvement projects across the organisation.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you will help drive technology-led transformation by gathering requirements, improving processes and supporting the successful implementation of new systems and solutions.
Current projects are focused on HR systems, Finance platforms, Travel-related technology and Customer-focused solutions , offering excellent variety and exposure to key business functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop a strong understanding of business operations, processes and systems. Identify and document project objectives, requirements and business benefits. Elicit, analyse, validate and document business and system requirements. Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria. Produce current-state and future-state process maps. Create wireframes and mock-ups to support requirements gathering where required. Work closely with stakeholders and third-party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle. Support solution design, testing, training, implementation and business readiness activities. Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate communication between business and technical teams. Contribute to change management initiatives and promote adoption of new processes and systems. Drive continuous improvement and champion best-practice Business Analysis techniques.
About You
Minimum 5 years' experience as a Business Analyst. Experience working on IT, systems or business transformation projects. Strong knowledge of requirements gathering and documentation techniques. Experience working within Agile and/or Waterfall environments. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications. Strong stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving and process improvement skills. High attention to detail and a proactive approach. Experience with ERP systems or a finance-related background would be advantageous.
