Junior Full Stack Developer (Next.js / React / Go / C#) - up to £70k, London The Overview Our client is a leading IT organisation, recognised for its innovative approach and strong reputation in the industry. They're mid-way through a major digital transformation, and this is a great opportunity to join a growing engineering team and help shape modern, cloud-native platforms from the ground up. The Role This is a full stack position with a backend lean - you'll be working across the stack in Next.js and React, but spending more time on the APIs, databases, and backend services that power everything behind the scenes. You'll be:
Building and maintaining features across the stack, with a focus on backend logic and APIs Working closely with senior engineers to turn requirements into shipped features Building and maintaining RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs and backend services Helping keep applications performant, secure, and accessible Getting stuck into code reviews as part of a collaborative team
What You'll Bring
2-4 years' professional software development experience Go/C# backend experience Solid experience with Next.js, React, and TypeScript Comfortable across the full stack, with a backend leaning Experience building RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs Understanding of SSR/SSG SQL and/or NoSQL database experience Some cloud exposure (AWS preferred) and Docker Solid grasp of web fundamentals (HTTP, DNS, TCP/IP)
