Role:
Locum Echocardiographer Banding: Band 7 Location: York and Scarborough Hours: Full-time Start Date: ASAP Rate: £55-£65 per hour Duration: Ongoing
The Clinical Physiology team at Pulse is seeking a skilled and dedicated BSE Echocardiographer to join our team in York and Scarborough. This is a full-time, ongoing position at Band 7, offering a competitive hourly rate of £55-£65.
Duties and Responsibilities:
You will perform echocardiograms and other diagnostic cardiac ultrasound procedures. You will analyse and interpret ultrasound data to provide accurate diagnoses. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care. You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of echocardiography techniques and advancements.
Qualifications and Experience:
Essential:
BSc in Clinical Physiology or equivalent.
Accredited by the British Society of Echocardiography (BSE) or equivalent accreditation (EACVI/ARDMS).
Proven experience as an Echocardiographer.
Experience in performing Echocardiograms.
Proven experience in performing echocardiographic procedures.
Desirable:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
