The Opportunity
As a Healthcare Senior / Semi Senior, you'll play a key role in supporting a diverse healthcare client portfolio, providing high-quality accounting services and building trusted relationships with clients across the sector.

Key Responsibilities
Managing and supporting a portfolio of healthcare clients. Preparing accounts and financial reports. Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service. Supporting GP practices, dentists, pharmacists and consultants with their accounting requirements. Assisting with NHS pension-related matters and annual compliance requirements. Working collaboratively with colleagues to deliver outstanding client outcomes. Identifying opportunities to add value and improve client experience.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
AAT qualification or equivalent. A minimum of 3 years' experience within an accountancy practice. Previous experience working with healthcare sector clients, particularly GP practices. Knowledge of NHS pension requirements and associated annual processes. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. A positive, proactive and growth-focused approach. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work. A collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
