Are you a Laboratory Manager / Laboratory Team Leader from a Food Manufacturing, Food Science, Microbiology or Dairy background, looking for the chance to progress your career within an industry leading business in an autonomous role where you will lead a team and become a key part of the technical function while also benefiting from excellent technical training? On offer is a Laboratory Manager role where you will be responsible for leading the laboratory team, overseeing all testing and sampling activities, ensuring product safety, quality and compliance while supporting BRCGS audits, HACCP standards and continuous improvement across the laboratory. This role would suit someone from a Laboratory / Food Science / Microbiology / Food Manufacturing background that is looking for a highly autonomous role, excellent training and the opportunity to progress into management. The Role:
Lead and develop the laboratory team, including the Laboratory Team Leader and Technicians Oversee all testing, sampling, microbiological analysis and laboratory compliance Drive BRCGS, HACCP, continuous improvement and audit readiness across the laboratory
