Key Responsibilities
Lead, manage and develop the Capital team, including multiple direct reports. Lead regulatory capital submissions and engagement with key stakeholders. Provide strategic insight on capital optimisation, reinsurance and business planning. Support M&A, growth initiatives and major strategic projects from a capital perspective. Present capital positions and recommendations to executive committees and boards. Develop strong relationships across Risk, Finance, Actuarial and Underwriting functions.
Requirements
Qualified Actuary with extensive capital experience. Significant experience within insurance capital modelling and capital management. Proven leadership experience, including managing direct reports. Strong knowledge of regulatory and solvency frameworks. Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and executive decision making. Commercially minded with strong strategic thinking capabilities.
