Who Are We Looking For?
We need a leader in the classroom. You might be:
A Qualified Secondary Teacher (QTS/QTLS) with SEN experience-or a mainstream teacher ready to specialise. A SENCO-in-the-making who wants to deepen their expertise in complex provisions. A Subject Specialist (English, Maths, Science, or Humanities) who can adapt their curriculum to meet diverse needs. An NQT/ECT with passion, resilience, and a hunger to make a real difference from day one.
You MUST have:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent UK teaching qualification. Experience or a genuine passion for working with SEN-whether through placements, previous roles, or personal drive. The ability to plan, assess, and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of learners with varied abilities. The resilience to manage challenging behaviour with empathy and authority. The creativity to think on your feet and adapt your teaching to the child in front of you.
