About the Role
My Client is seeking a motivated and passionate Electrical Installation Lecturer to join their dedicated education and training team. This is an exciting opportunity to inspire the next generation of electricians by delivering high-quality teaching and assessment across a range of Electrical Installation programmes, including Levels 1-3 qualifications and apprenticeships .

Key Responsibilities
As an Electrical Installation Lecturer, you will:
Deliver engaging teaching, learning and assessment across Electrical Installation courses and apprenticeship programmes.
Monitor learner progress, provide constructive feedback, and support successful achievement.
Develop schemes of work, learning resources, and assessment plans to meet curriculum requirements.
Build strong relationships with employers, awarding organisations, and external stakeholders.
Maintain accurate learner records and contribute to curriculum development and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An Approved Electrician qualification . Experience delivering Electrical Installation training or education . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A flexible, confident, and professional approach. A genuine commitment to supporting learner success and achievement.
