Job Title: Locum Paediatric Preschool Speech and Language Therapist Banding: Band 6/7 Location: London Working Hours: Full-Time or Part-Time Start Date: ASAP Duration: 3 months Rate: Subject to experience
Opening Paragraph: We are seeking a Band 6/7 Paediatric Preschool Speech and Language Therapist to join our team in London. This role is available for an immediate start and offers flexibility in working hours, with both full-time and part-time positions considered. The initial contract is for a duration of 3 months, with the possibility of extension.
Responsibilities : In this role, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to preschool-aged children. This includes conducting assessments, developing and implementing therapy plans, and working closely with parents and carers to support the child’s communication development. You will also collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure a holistic approach to care and maintain accurate records of patient progress.
Qualifications and Experience :
HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
Experience working with preschool-aged children
Experience working with parents/carers
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
