Job Summary
We are looking for experienced and compassionate Registered General Nurses (RGNs) to provide high-quality patient care within a hospital setting.
Key Responsibilities
Provide safe and effective nursing care to patients. Assess patients and monitor their health and wellbeing. Administer medication and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Work closely with doctors and the wider multidisciplinary team. Support patients with their individual care needs. Recognise and escalate any changes in a patient's condition. Follow infection prevention, safeguarding and health and safety procedures. Maintain patient dignity, privacy and confidentiality at all times.
Essential Requirements
Current NMC registration . Relevant nursing qualification. Previous hospital nursing experience. Up-to-date mandatory training. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team. Commitment to delivering safe, compassionate and person-centred care.
