We are seeking a skilled and experienced Band 6 or Band 7 CT Radiographer with Canon experience to join our client's team in Brighton. This role involves providing high-quality CT imaging services to patients, including specialist scans such as cardiac and colon. The successful candidate will work closely with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnostics and exceptional patient care.
What will your responsibilities be :
The CT Radiographer will be responsible for performing CT scans, including contrast-enhanced studies and cannulation. This role includes preparing patients for procedures, operating Canon CT equipment, and maintaining accurate records. The radiographer will also be involved in developing imaging protocols, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines, and collaborating with the radiology team to optimise patient outcomes.
Qualifications and Experiences:
Registered Radiographer with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
Minimum of 3 years of experience in CT radiography
Strong knowledge of CT techniques and safety protocols
Experience with Canon CT equipment
Proficiency in performing contrast-enhanced studies and cannulation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest advancements in CT radiography
