Job Role of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
A great opportunity has arisen for an Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join a growing heavy industrial manufacturer with multiple UK sites. Known for its strong engineering culture and investment in people, this business offers long-term stability and progression.
Working within a skilled engineering team, you'll be responsible for maintenance including fault finding, reactive and planned maintenance, as well as supporting continuous improvement, upgrades, and installations. Non-Negotiable Requirements of the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Strong maintenance experience within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment. Proven experience carrying out reactive, planned, and breakdown maintenance in an industrial setting.

Strong fault-finding skills. Engineering qualification Experience working within a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment.
Desirable Requirements for the Mechanical Maintenance Engineer
Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK. Experience working with hydraulics, pneumatics, gearboxes, belts, bearings, chains.
