Group Tax Manager
Our client is looking for an experienced Group Tax Manager to join their finance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead tax reporting, compliance, and governance across a growing international business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Group tax reporting, including current and deferred tax. Manage year-end tax reporting across UK, US, and international entities. Oversee transfer pricing and tax disclosures. Act as the key contact for external auditors. Manage UK corporate tax and US federal/state tax compliance. Support international tax compliance and indirect taxes (VAT/sales tax). Monitor tax legislation changes and manage R&D tax claims. Improve tax controls, processes, and reporting efficiency. Support finance projects, systems improvements, and AI-driven initiatives.
About You
ACA, ACCA, or CTA qualified. Strong corporate tax and tax accounting experience. Knowledge of UK tax, with US tax exposure highly desirable. Experience within a multi-entity international organisation. Strong Excel and finance systems skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Organised, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines.
