Description
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports. Manage budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards. Collaborate with internal teams to monitor and control budgets. Analyse financial data to identify trends and opportunities. Provide strategic financial advice to support decision-making. Supervise and mentor the accounting team to achieve departmental goals. Assist with audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
Professional qualifications in accounting or finance (e.g. ACCA, CIMA, ACA). Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance. Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and manage a finance team effectively. Good communication skills to present financial insights clearly.
