Academics are delighted to be working with a well-established and supportive primary school in Hoddesdon who are looking for a passionate and experienced teacher to join their team.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a teacher who wants to work in a positive, collaborative school environment where staff are supported and every child is encouraged to reach their full potential.
The Role
As a Primary Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons while creating a positive classroom environment where pupils can learn, grow and succeed.
You'll be expected to:
Deliver engaging and inspiring lessons Plan and prepare high-quality learning activities Effectively manage classroom behaviour Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils Build strong relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues Monitor and assess pupil progress Contribute positively to the wider school community
We're Looking For
The successful Primary Teacher will have:
UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Previous experience teaching in a primary school Strong classroom and behaviour management skills A positive, nurturing and inclusive approach Excellent communication and teamwork skills A genuine passion for helping children achieve their potential A commitment to professional development
