AML Specialists - 4 Vacancies
Dublin | 12-Month Contract | Hybrid - 4 Days Onsite
We are recruiting four AML Specialists to join the Enterprise Onboarding AML Team of a leading global financial services institution.
The team operates across an international platform spanning Dublin, Luxembourg, the UK, USA and Poland. Due to increased business activity and a growing volume of investor and transaction activity, the team is expanding.
This is a great opportunity for an AML/KYC professional to join a fast-paced environment with exposure to investor onboarding, account opening, sanctions screening, adverse media and client due diligence.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
Supporting new investor onboarding and reviewing onboarding documentation. Completing first-level account setup and account checks. Performing daily sanctions screening and screening new accounts for adverse media, PEPs and other financial crime indicators. Reviewing and validating KYC, ownership and supporting documentation. Progressing a high volume of onboarding and business cases through to completion. Identifying missing information or potential AML/KYC concerns and escalating issues where appropriate. Preparing AML/KYC reports and maintaining accurate client records. Working across multiple systems and databases to research and validate investor information. Liaising with Relationship Managers and international stakeholders to resolve queries and keep cases moving. Supporting ongoing and periodic client reviews.
We are looking for candidates with:
Previous experience in AML, KYC, investor onboarding, client due diligence or financial services. Experience working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment. Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills. Experience with sanctions screening, adverse media and account reviews. Strong communication skills and confidence escalating issues were required. The ability to work across multiple systems and manage competing priorities.
Desirable Experience
Transfer Agency (TA) experience. Background in asset management, investment management, banking or financial services. Experience using LexisNexis for screening and due diligence. Experience with QSS or ChoicePoint. Previous experience working with international teams or stakeholders.
