Support Worker
Supporting young people aged 16-19 years with Learning Difficulties Special Needs 6th Form provision 8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday-Friday ASAP start
We are exclusively seeking passionate and professional Support Workers who go all-out to provide the very best care and support for their clients.
This is a fantastic opportunity in Barking within a brand new Special Needs 6th Form School!
There are full-time, part-time and ad-hoc positions available, with working hours being from 8.30am - 4.00pm, Monday - Friday .
If you have experience supporting individuals with Learning Difficulties, Mental Health needs and/or Physical Disabilities, then we would love to hear from you.
We are consistently partnering with 'GOOD' and 'OUTSTANDING' provisions.
Support Worker Main Duties:
Working in collaboration with your team to deliver the highest quality of care Following students' specific care plans Teaching skills for independent living such as cooking, cleaning and shopping Supporting students' social and behavioural development
Support Worker Skills Needed:
The ideal Support Worker will have experience working within an assisted living facility, SEN school or care home, and will have a positive and caring attitude with excellent communication skills.
Reliability and a strong team work ethic are essential within this role.
