Mitchell Adam are delighted to be partnering with a well-established investment business with a diverse portfolio of companies and investments. Operating across multiple entities, the business offers a commercially focused finance environment with exposure to group reporting, financial analysis and the financial management of a varied portfolio.
We are now recruiting for a Finance Manager to join the finance function. This is a broad and hands-on position, offering responsibility across management accounts, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and financial reporting, alongside the opportunity to support the development of the wider finance function.
Working closely with senior stakeholders and department managers, you will provide financial insight to support decision-making, while also overseeing key financial controls and processes. The role will suit a commercially minded finance professional who enjoys combining technical accounting with stakeholder engagement and team management.
Skills Needed
ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified. Previous experience within financial services or a similar environment, with strong management accounting experience. Experience supporting finance systems implementation or process improvement. Previous experience managing, mentoring or developing members of a finance team, with the ability to provide guidance and support.
