We are looking for a passionate and driven Primary SEND Teaching Assistant to start at a long-term role in a school in Warrington. If you are committed to supporting children with additional needs and have previous experience working with children or in care roles, we are keen to hear from you.
The school specializes in children with ASD, and so the ideal candidate will have knowledge about ASD and must be confident in managing children's communication and sensory needs.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Provide support for children with SEND Supporting learning, behaviour and development within the classroom Working collaboratively with teachers Ensuring children's needs are consistently met Helping children develop independence and positive relationships.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will:
Have a nurturing approach to working with children Has experience with working with children or vulnerable individuals (such as a care setting or healthcare role) Is committed to supporting children with additional needs Flexible and resilient in dynamic settings
