Halliday Marx have partnered with a fast-growing Advertising business based in Clapham, looking for an experienced Finance Operations Manager to join their team and take ownership of the day-to-day operational finance function.
Duties Include:
Lead and manage the operational finance team, ensuring clear responsibilities, strong performance and effective support to the wider business Drive continuous improvement across finance processes, leveraging technology to improve efficiency, accuracy and data quality Manage the annual audit process and ensure statutory accounts are prepared accurately and within required deadlines Prepare, consolidate and distribute the monthly Board Pack to the Finance Director and relevant entity leads Prepare detailed commentary on monthly performance and variances against budget for the Finance Director Review monthly balance sheet reconciliations, ensuring accounts are complete, accurate and appropriately supported Identify and implement opportunities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Finance function Review and approve monthly supplier payment runs Liaise with international finance teams to ensure payroll is processed accurately and on time, alongside the timely recording of monthly transactions
Requirements:
Available to start within 6 weeks Qualified in either ACCA/CIMA Industry experience in an SME Outstanding communication skills
