Looking to move into Risk & Capital? Or already working in life insurance and keen to broaden your exposure? We're partnering with a leading insurer seeking a nearly or newly qualified actuary to join its Risk & Capital team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on exposure to capital modelling, assumption setting and regulatory reporting while working closely with senior stakeholders across the business. About the Role
Analyse demographic and economic experience to support key business decisions Help set actuarial assumptions and calibrate capital stresses Contribute to internal model and capital management activities Support regulatory and Solvency UK reporting Get involved in business change initiatives and strategic projects Coach and support more junior actuarial colleagues
About You
Nearly qualified, newly qualified, or up to 3 years post-qualified Experience in Life, GI or Pensions Knowledge of Solvency UK or wider UK insurance regulation Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities Curious, proactive and keen to challenge and improve existing approaches
