About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Account Manager to support the continued growth of LegalforLandlords and Propoly.
Working side-by-side with our Partnership Development Manager, you will help nurture our existing network of letting agents, landlords, and strategic partners, drive product adoption, and ensure every partner receives an exceptional experience across both brands.

What You’ll Be Doing
Partner Relationship Management: Act as the trusted day-to-day contact for an allocated portfolio of accounts, carrying out proactive check-ins and regular account reviews. Onboarding & Implementation: Coordinate seamless onboarding for new partners, working closely with our Operations, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure they understand our systems from day one. Business Growth & Adoption: Identify commercial opportunities to increase partner engagement, promote new products and services, and generate qualified leads for the Partnership Development Manager. Account Support & Problem Solving: Resolve day-to-day partner queries, coordinate internal support, and escalate commercial or operational risks to drive high retention and satisfaction. Commercial Administration: Maintain accurate CRM records, track pipelines, produce account updates, and manage meeting schedules and follow-up actions. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Share valuable partner feedback internally to help refine our products and services while supporting wider commercial projects across the Group.
What Success Looks in This Role
High levels of partner engagement, satisfaction, and long-term retention. Smooth, efficient onboarding and high product adoption rates across existing accounts. Accurate CRM data hygiene and timely pipeline reporting. Consistent generation of qualified commercial opportunities and achievement of team KPIs.
What You Need to Bring
Essential:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your time effectively. Confidence communicating professionally with clients over the phone and via video meetings. Strong commercial awareness and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.
Desirable (Bonus Points):
Previous experience in account management, partnerships, customer success, or business development. Familiarity with the lettings, property, or insurance sectors. A proven track record of working toward commercial targets or KPIs.
