We're looking for a Digital Analyst to become the go-to expert for digital performance, helping shape and optimise customer journeys across websites, digital products, online platforms and customer-facing tools.
In this role, you'll work closely with product, marketing and technology teams to identify opportunities for improvement, uncover customer behaviour trends and provide actionable recommendations that influence key business and product decisions. You'll play a critical role in ensuring digital experiences are intuitive, engaging and aligned with both customer needs and commercial objectives.
Using tools such as Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio and Power BI, you'll be responsible for managing tracking frameworks, maintaining data quality, building insightful dashboards and translating complex datasets into clear, meaningful stories. You'll also support experimentation and optimisation initiatives, helping teams make smarter, data-driven decisions.
