Support Worker £25,845 per annum Radlett near St Albans Full-time (39 hours a week) only Drivers with full UK licence preferred due to the service location and for driving service vehicles.
Forest Lane provides specialist support for people with learning disabilities, complex physical needs, and challenging behaviours. After moving from long-term NHS inpatient care into supported living, Forest Lane has been running successfully for over a year across three bungalows.
No two days are the same, but your day might look like this:
Supporting our people to be engaged in all day-to-day living activities, including making full use of their community and beyond. Supporting our people with social activities and connecting with family and friends. Supporting the management of our people’s finances. Keeping our people’s home clean and fresh, and going shopping.
