Southern Hill Hospital is preparing to open a new specialist Addiction Treatment Service for adults aged 18 and over, providing high-quality, person-centred support for individuals affected by substance misuse and co-occurring mental health needs.
Our new service is being developed to offer compassionate, evidence-based care within a safe and therapeutic environment where individuals can begin rebuilding stability, confidence, and independence.
What You’ll be Doing
Provide comprehensive nursing care to residents Administer medications and treatments Monitor and assess residents' health and well-being Develop and implement individualized care plans Collaborate with families and care professionals to provide the best care. Maintain accurate care and documentation Support residents in achieving their personal health goals
What You'll Need
NMC Registered Nurse Pin Minimum of 1+ years’ experience in a similar role. Strong understanding of physical disabilities, respite care, and younger adults Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge in CQC regulations. and Safety Standards
