Are you a qualified Geography Teacher looking for an exciting opportunity within a secondary school in Wokingham ?
Academics are working with a high-performing secondary school in Wokingham that is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Geography Teacher to join their team.
As a Geography Teacher , you will:
Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and well-structured Geography lessons in line with the national curriculum. Make geographical concepts accessible and engaging for students of different abilities. Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to inspire a love of Geography. Assess students' understanding through classwork, homework, and formal assessments. Provide constructive feedback to support students' academic progress. Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create a positive, inclusive learning environment.
We are looking for a Geography Teacher who has:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. A strong subject knowledge and genuine passion for Geography. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to inspire, motivate, and engage students. Strong classroom and behaviour management skills. Excellent organisation and time-management abilities.
