Attending breakdowns and diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults Carrying out servicing, repairs and planned maintenance Supporting installation and commissioning of new equipment Working on automated machinery including electrical controls, hydraulics and pneumatics Cover reactive call-outs and urgent service level agreements Diagnose and fix mechanical, electrical, or structural faults on equipment. Perform routine safety checks and scheduled servicing on medical lifting aids.
Person:
Experience as a Service Engineer, Maintenance Engineer, or Field Engineer Strong fault finding experience across Electrical and Mechanical systems Confident working on breakdowns and solving problems independently Some exposure to PLC fault finding is highly desirable Experience with automated machinery, CNC, robotics or similar equipment Comfortable reading technical drawings and working methodically
