Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Physiotherapist Band 6/7 to join the Therapy Inpatients team at Aintree Hospital.
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake timely physiotherapy assessments on Ward 7 to determine discharge readiness, and physiotherapeutic interventions required. Parallel planning. Develop and monitor individualised exercise and rehabilitation plans. Liaise with hospital, community, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care. Support timely flow and discharge.
Requirements:
Relevant Physiotherapy qualification. HCPC Registered. Experience in an acute surgery setting. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to patient-centred care.
