Role: AI Program Manager Location: London, UK (Hybrid) Duration: 6-Month Contract (Inside IR35)
Job Description
We are seeking a Program Manager with proven experience in directing Cloud Migration and AI initiatives, as well as hands-on knowledge of Power Platform and Copilot solutions.
12+ years of experience delivering cloud transformation and migration consulting projects.
This role is responsible for leading multiple large-scale cloud transformation and migration initiatives across the cloud practice.
The ideal candidate will be a dynamic, dedicated leader skilled in creating, monitoring, and managing complex project schedules.
Extensive project and program management expertise, with a strong emphasis on Azure and multi-cloud transformation and migration engagements.
Primary Responsibilities & Capabilities
Proven track record of executing large-scale cloud migrations, integrations, and enterprise transformations. Demonstrated ability to lead major IT initiatives, manage multiple competing priorities, establish timelines, enforce accountability, and consistently deliver on time and within budget. Deep experience with cloud technologies, including data center (DC) to cloud migrations. Strong expertise in planning and managing cross-functional teams, offshore resources, and client stakeholders to achieve strategic transformation goals. Solid infrastructure background encompassing virtualization, Azure cloud services, compute, storage, and networking.
Secondary Skills & Governance
Exceptional communication skills coupled with effective, structured stakeholder management. Strong time management, prioritization, and organizational capabilities. Experience operating under tight deadlines and efficiently managing escalations. Establish and lead governance frameworks, compiling regular project status reports for the leadership team. Drive weekly project and program review cadences to keep internal stakeholders informed. Monitor, analyze, and report schedule and cost variances across all active projects. Proactively identify risks and issues, tracking them through to closure or full mitigation across cloud transformation initiatives.
