A rare and exciting opportunity for a commercially minded Project Manager with a background in construction and refurbishment projects looking to join a rapidly expanding and industry leading company, where you will play a key role on complex and high-profile projects.
Do you have experience managing construction and refurbishment projects? Are you looking to join a market leading business where you can play a pivotal role in project delivery and organisational growth?
Established for over 30 years this world renowned company specialise in construction related services for clients around the world. They are leaders in their field, and with the recent winning of a number of high-profile contracts they are going through a period of rapid expansion. Due to this they are now looking for a Project Manager to join their expert team.
In this role you will be responsible for leading the successful planning, coordination and delivery of complex projects from initiation through to completion. You will manage programmes, budgets, resources and stakeholder communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. You will also contribute towards improving project management systems and processes across the business.
This role would therefore ideally suit an individual with strong commercial skills and proven experience managing construction and refurbishments projects, who is looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to play a key role within an expanding industry leader.
The Role:
Managing complex multi-disciplinary construction related projects Coordinating Clients, technical teams and subcontractors Managing project budgets, programmes and resources Supporting continuous improvement across project delivery £50,000 - £70,000 + Bonus + Training + Progression + Benefits
The Person:
Project management experience within construction & refurbishments Strong Client and stakeholder management skills Experience managing budgets, programmes and resources Professional project management qualification desirable
