Marketing Manager Countrywide Healthcare Barnsley- Office Based £45,000 per annum Full Time, Permanent Countrywide Healthcare is looking for an experienced and commercially focused Marketing Manager to lead our marketing function and drive business growth across both B2B and B2C markets. Reporting to the Sales & Marketing Director, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering strategic marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, support customer retention, and contribute directly to revenue growth. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven marketer who enjoys combining strategic thinking with hands-on campaign delivery. Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that support customer acquisition, retention, and business growth. Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, content, events, and PR. Manage the annual marketing plan, campaign calendar, and budget, ensuring activity aligns with business objectives and delivers measurable ROI. Work closely with Sales teams to generate leads, support pipeline growth, and maximise opportunities for revenue generation. Create compelling marketing content including case studies, customer success stories, presentations, brochures, email campaigns, and digital assets. Develop and grow Countrywide Healthcare's social media presence across key platforms, strengthening brand awareness and engagement. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities, customer insights, and emerging trends. Support product launches, promotional campaigns, and customer lifecycle initiatives designed to increase engagement and loyalty. Plan and deliver exhibitions, conferences, customer events, and networking activities, measuring their effectiveness and commercial impact. Monitor campaign performance through data analysis and reporting, using insights to drive continuous improvement. Build strong relationships across the business, partnering with Sales, Customer Services, E-Commerce, Product and Senior Leadership teams. Lead, coach, and develop the marketing team, creating a collaborative, high-performing culture focused on results and innovation.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in a Marketing Manager or senior marketing role. Strong track record of delivering successful B2B marketing campaigns and lead generation programmes. Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, paid media, email marketing, social media, CRM systems and marketing automation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, track performance, and demonstrate marketing ROI. Commercially minded with experience aligning marketing activity to business objectives and revenue growth. Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills. Experience managing budgets, agencies, suppliers, and external partners. Previous experience leading, developing and motivating a marketing team. Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
